SRI SWAMI JITATMANANDA SARASWATI
Sri Swami Jitatmananda Saraswati is a disciple of H. H. Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati, underwent a meticiculuos study of Sankrit and Vedanta exploring all ancient sciptures. His studies of the sastras has transformed him to a “life of spontaneity”. Upholding the sanctity of knowledge Swamiji preserves the traditional style of teaching, unfolding the inexplicable truth of Vedas. Travelling around Malaysia Swamiji is teaching in various centres. Student attending Swamiji’s classes are amazed with the profound logic and authentity. Swamiji’s teaching makes one free from doubts, vagueness and gives clarify, firmness and convictions. A deep insight into the scriptures, a keen observation of life, athrough understanding of the human mind, love for life and joy of teaching – all these make listening to Swamiji a treat. Swamiji takes pain to clarify concepts, a proper understanding of which is absolutely nessary. Swamiji truly represents his master’s voice in letter and spirit. Being the first link in sowing the seed of traditional teaching here, Swamiji too simply teaches.
ARSHA VIDYA NILAYAM
The A.V.N. in Malaysia, whose founder Acharya is Swami Jitatmananda Saraswati, is a unique institution for traditional studies in our vedic religion, culture and spiritual wisdom. A.V.N. is an instument to help the teacher make the teaching available. In this it differs from spiritual organizations which want you to have loyalty to the organizations or which provide a hierarchial ladder to claim to various positions. A.V.N. is very simple. It is a shelter which allows the teaching to flow from teacher to students. Here in A.V.N., student will be introduced into the knowledge of Bhagavad Gita, Upanisads, Branhma Sutras and other vedantic text with Sankara-Bhasya. A.V.N. also conducts classes during weekends for childrens and teenagers. In these students are exposed to Ramayana, Mahabharata, Bhagavad Gita and Vedic Chanting. This proggrame will enable students to develop a firm knowledge and understanding of the vedas and recognise human experinces. The Acharya Swami Jitatmananda Saraswati whose intention os to spread the vision of the Rishis is the resident Acharya at this traditional seat of learning.
